Educational Qualification: As per HRRL official notification candidate should have completed 12th, Diploma, LLB, B.E or B.Tech, MCA, MCS, MMS, Graduation, MBA, Master’s Degree from any of the recognized boards or Universities.
- Civil: Engineering Course in Civil Engineering
- Electrical: Engineering Course in Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation: Engineering Course in Instrumentation Engineering
- Inspection & Reliability, Maintenance & Project, CES: Engineering Course in Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical (Incl. QC): Diploma in Industrial Safety, B.E or B.Tech in Fire Engineering/ Fire Safety Engineering
- Human Resources: MBA, Post Graduation
- Chartered Accountant: CA
- Information Systems: B.E or B.Tech in Electronics/ Telecommunications, MCA, MCS, MMS
